This office is fantastic. The doctor is incredibly welcoming and ensures you feel well cared for. Darby, the hygienist, is exceptional, and the entire team takes the time to understand your needs and explain your dental health thoroughly. Plus, the view is spectacular, making it a truly wonderful atmosphere.

I recently broke a tooth eating popcorn at a movie. Dr Nanditha Ranganathan made room in her schedule to see me and restore my health. Both She and her team worked to ensure that I received the treatment and care required. How comforting it is to know that both my regular maintenance and emergency care are so well covered.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while after a bad experience in Boston. My hygienist, Darby, and Dr Ranganathan couldn’t have been more awesome! They were relaxed, explained everything they were doing, and took a genuine interest in how to make me comfortable. Best of all, the folks at the front desk blew me away. Raven spent probably an hour on the phone with my silly insurance confirming coverage before my appointment. And Desiree is so kind explaining billing and assisting with scheduling. I love this place, thank you for helping me be at ease with the dentist again!

I have never written a review for anything in my life but after my recent appointment with Dr. Ranganathan I felt like I needed to. I recently moved to Chicago and I am currently in the process of finding all my doctors. I have gone through a lot of dental work in my life and some of those experiences haven't been the greatest, so I was dreading having to find a new doctor. Let me tell you, this is the best team and the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. The cleaning went smooth, answering any questions I had and going over payment options. At the discovery of 2 cavities I needed filled they were quick to get me back in. This is when I really got nervous because I have a very real phobia of needles. It is often something I get embarrassed about and I don't look forward to having to explain why I am freaking out over a cavity or a flu shot to a new doctor. Dr. Ranganathan and Gabriella couldn't have been kinder to me. They helped me to calm down, talked me through it, gave me a stress ball and tissues, and made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time by checking on me every couple of minutes to make sure I was ok. I completely adore this practice and I feel extremely fortunate to find such a caring and compassionate team. If you are looking for a new dentist, GO HERE.

Dentistry at Millennium Park has a New Owner and they are quite pleasant to work with. Jay is a rock star at the front desk. She does a great job and has shown me nothing but kindness and patience. Dr Ranganathan and her team are the best! I have been going to her practice for a little over a year now and every time I go in, I am instantly put at ease. During my first appointment, Dr Ranganathan took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained every step of the examination process and laid out an attainable treatment plan. The technology and equipment used are top-notch and Dr Ranganthan takes the time to answer all of my questions which helps me feel involved and informed throughout the process. I couldn't be more delighted with my experience at Dentistry at Millennium Park.Their exceptional care, compassionate approach, and commitment to preventive dentistry have made me a loyal patient. I just moved to Chicago and had no idea where to go for my dentist, and found this dentist online! This is the nicest dentist office i’ve ever been to! It was nice and open and had a gorgeous view which helped with my dentist anxiety, and the employees were super nice! I felt like weirdly calm, usually i’m anxious and on edge. They weren’t able to help me particularly in my health case, but they called around to multiple doctors for me who could help me! Dr. Ranganathan was super helpful and I really appreciate it! They also have plans for people who don’t have dental insurance which is a wonderful option I’ve never seen before! I’m definitely coming back!

This office was awesome!!! Everyone was nice, thorough and helpful!! The doctor was awesome, she didn’t just explain the surface she went deep to help you understand. What really liked is she tells you up front what she is going to go and acknowledged and stops any discomfort!! I will be back!!! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Dentistry at Millennium! They provide the best care and the staff here is so kind and welcoming! Dr. Ranganathan made sure to explain and walk me through everything. She helped me lay out a plan for care and broke down all of the costs and what to expect. I’m super grateful for their team and very excited to keep working with them! My experience at Dentistry at Millennium Park was wonderful. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is warm and friendly. The waiting area is small but they do an excellent job at not over booking their clients. Your wait time is close to zero. If they are running a bit behind schedule they will keep you informed. Even then the wait is never long. The work from the dentist and hygienist is impeccable. Time is truly of the essence. They get right to it. In no time your work is complete. The quality of the work is top notch. I love this dental office and I will continue to come here for my dental care.

Dr. Ranganathan was incredible, I was really nervous about my teeth and she was extremely gentle and kind throughout, walking me through the process. Overall, the process was thorough, yet efficient. Dr. Ranganathan opted for a conservative approach, and equipped me with the practices i could do at home which would help prevent further decay but would also provide relief! I will definitely continue my dental care with Dr. Ranganathan.

At first I was nervous when I heard Dr Gordon retired from the practice after so many years of seeing him. But the new staff are super nice, communicative, the hygienist Carla took her time and really did amazing job. The Doctor is so kind and answer questions. The front staff angela and Jay are sweet. I think its slightly more expensive but I would give them a second visit to see if it continues with the same quality.

I got to meet both Dr. Nanditha Ranganathan and Carla yesterday when I stopped in for my 6-month cleaning. I have been blessed to be served by Dr. Gordon over the last several years and will miss his presence in the office. I look forward to building a new relationship with Dr. Ranganathan and her team, and wish her much success!

I’m someone who has spent a lot of time in a dental chair—I’ve needed more dental work than I care to admit. I have tried so many dentists around the city to no avail. I came across Dr. Ranganathan’s office in the loop because it’s conveniently located for work. I decided to give her a try and I’m so happy that I did. Dr. Ranganathan and her staff provided a flawless process. She was able to review my old records and make recommendations that I actually needed. She had excellent bedside manner and really listened to my concerns. I’m so happy to have found a dentist that I can rely on moving forward.

Had an amazing experience at Dentistry at Millennium Park! Dr. Ranganathan was very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner and technical abilities. The staff was very friendly and helped make the experience a breeze. I needed quite a bit of dental work and was able to get it done efficiently and, most importantly, pain free! It definitely helps to have fantastic views of the lake, the bean, and millennium park right from the treatment chair. Strongly recommend this office for a high end dental experience!

We took our then 18 month old to Dr Gordon in July 2018. We had just discovered his teeth were in rough shape due to his lip tie trapping milk during nighttime feedings. So cavities galore, and our local dentist in Michigan recommended the filling stuff that would basically give his teeth black spots where it set (silver something or other?) Anyways, we were recommended to Dr Gordon and he was able to provide ozone treatment at the time. Fast forward 3 1/2 years, and his teeth have been cavity free since, and he never had to be the kid with weird black spots on his teeth (and let's face it, he would've been given grief by other kids for it). His baby teeth are getting close to falling out, and a trip to our local dentist just made the wife and I reminisce about how we had to drive 3 hours to get our son's teeth treated. Just wanted to say thank you again to Dr Gordon, his team, and his treatment that allowed our kid to not have a blemish in his smile and for helping his teeth last. Thank you, thank you.

They're so good we keep going back. At least more than 5 yrs. My wife and two kids. The staff is professional. And you know you're surrounded by individuals that will provide proper dental healthcare,-And know what they're doing... The only pain you'll ever really feel is "the little pinch". We don't just go when we have to. We also see the hygienist twice yearly to prevent any gum disease then Dr. Gordon checks to see if there's anything that needs to be addressed. It's a win win

Don’t believe the bad reviews! I have feared dentists my whole life because I was born with weak teeth. Lots of procedures! Dr. Gordon and his amazing staff are kind, gentle and make your appointment feel like you’re just going to visit old friends. He also refers you to the best of the best. His words, “I will only refer you to a specialist that I would refer my family to”. He’s terrific. When COVID calms down, I’ll be heading back to see my “old friends”.

Delia is absolutely the BEST dental hygienist ever! She provides excellent service and is highly knowledgeable. She takes the time to thoroughly educate her patients regarding the importance of oral hygiene and goes above and beyond. She has many years of experience and knows what she is doing! Dr. Gordon is a great dentist! He is very personable and intelligent. He takes the time to educate his patients as well. He is up to date and highly knowledgeable in the field! The practice is located in a beautiful suite across Millennium Park , so you get a stunning view of the city and lake while you're there!

Can’t say enough about Deliah. I’ve followed her throughout the last 10 years or so. I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. Also just started bringing my toddler & it was a better experience than I could have imagined, mainly bc Deliah was so calming & patient & took the time to explain everything to my daughter. Dr. Gordon is pretty great too 😉

I've been seeing Dr. Gordon for years and there's no better dentist in the city. He's caring, has a kind bedside manner, attentive, and always up-to-date on the latest in the dental industry. More than anything, he's committed to doing minimally invasive work. Sherry, his longtime receptionist, is competent and makes sure payment information and appointments are always confirmed. And, to boot, his office is beautiful and has the most stunning views!

Dr. Stephen Gordon is the most thorough knowledgeable up to date conservative honest dentist I have had the pleasure to work along side. My family friends and long time patients have expressed the most positive feedback on their experience with Dr. Gordon. The best chairside manner and the most sensitive compassionate care for the apprehensive nervous patient. Treats his staff tops as well!!
