Periodontal Membership Plan

Designed for patients maintaining gum (periodontal) health.

  • 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 2 exams (comprehensive or periodic)

  • All X-rays as needed
  • 15% off additional treatment
  • Plus: 15% off scaling and root planing (SRP) after your plan is activated, if needed
Dr Ranganathan will do initial comprehensive exam to determine appropriate membership plan. Payment in full to activate membership.

If periodontal membership plan is appropriate and a scaling and root planning is needed, patient will receive 15% off SRP treatment after activation of plan.

Membership pricing is per person. Plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, and family pricing is not available. This is a discount savings plan, not dental insurance.

Membership Plan Questions

No. It's an in-house savings plan you pay for annually. There are no deductibles, claim forms, or yearly maximums.
Plans are $499/year (Prophylaxis), $650/year (Prophylaxis Plus), and $799/year (Periodontal). Every plan includes 15% off additional treatment.
Dr. Ranganathan completes an initial comprehensive exam and recommends the plan that best fits your oral health.
Depending on the tier: 2 to 4 cleanings, 2 exams, 1 emergency exam, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, all needed X-rays, and 15% off other treatment.
Yes, once you choose a plan and pay in full, your membership is active for the year.
The Prophylaxis plan is for adults 14 and older. We treat patients of all ages (3 and up); ask us about the best option for your family.
