A little care keeps your guard fresh and effective. Rinse it after each use, clean it as we recommend, and store it in its ventilated case away from heat, which can warp it. Bring it to your dental visits so we can check the fit and condition.
For children and teens, fit can change as they grow and as adult teeth come in, so a mouthguard may need to be remade periodically. We'll keep an eye on it and let you know when it's time for a new one.
