For most people, every six months. Seeing us twice a year lets us keep your teeth and gums healthy and catch small issues early, before they turn into bigger, costlier ones. After your exam, we'll recommend the schedule that's right for you.

A typical visit includes a hygiene exam, a professional cleaning with one of our gentle hygienists, and time with the team to talk through any changes in your oral or overall health. About once a year, we'll take digital X-rays as a preventive measure.
